Do you have a catalog? Due to our size and products changing, it is
almost impossible keeping a catalog current. Our website is our catalog and is
always up to date.
Do you wholesale? We don't, but we do have many retailers that purchase
from us due to our already low pricing and low and or free freight programs.
Can you ship internationally?

How many sticks in a gram?
Most of our incense is sold by weight, not
stick count. Usually, you can figure 1 stick = 1 gram appox. If the stick is
thicker and longer, it will be less. If the stick is skinner and shorter, it
will be more.
I
don't like to use a credit card over the internet, can I phone in my order?
Our website is secure using 128 bit encryption, the highest that is available.
Using your credit card in our shopping cart is actually safer to use then in a
restaurant! But, we understand some people would like to phone this in.
PLEASE
use our shopping cart first to place your order, select payment by phone and
FINALIZE your order. This will give us all the
information we need to process your order as well as giving you the complete
total, order ID number with all shipping costs. Please have your order ID number and credit card
available when you call us. You will also be sent an email for your order and
acknowledgement of payment made.
I
don't see what I'm looking for, what shall I do? First, make sure you
have used our search feature. It is at the top of every page on our website.
Search Our Website will allow you look for any keyword within our website. Use
words for aroma, type of scent, brand etc.
You don't have what I'm looking for, can you order it for me? Possible,
for us to do a special order, we need to know the name, manufacturer, country of
origin and the quantity that you need. Please send this request to us in an
email.
I have
lots of other questions about your products, how do I contact you?
Please contact us first via
email. Due to the high volume of orders we ship daily, we can't always be around
the telephone. Our orders are shipped promptly and we want to keep it that way!
We also answer email almost 18 hours a day. You'll usually get a response from
us within a few hours. Please give us as much info as you can and your telephone
number. If the question can't be answered in an email, we'll gladly call you
back. Doing this helps us manage our time better and keeps our prices lower to
you.
